I am indebted to Matt Bartlett not only for managing the sale of my Claremont condo, but for an above and beyond effort: he moved and managed others in moving my possessions to my new place while I was laid up in the hospital. Truly this was a generous act on his part.
Matt had the discernment to spot and correct problems with offers by other realtors in
order to keep the process flowing. He was also good at advising me and preparing me for
the sale and getting ready to move.
Matt came to the rescue again when I was visiting another friend in the hospital; this man had been disabled for a length of time and was visibly distressed by the threatening calls from his bank about missed mortgage payments – something he could not take care of in his condition. I immediately put him on the phone with Matt; I was able to see relief on my friend’s face as Matt explained ho\v the situation could be managed. Matt eventually handled the sale of his home as well.
I appreciate Matt’s encouragement, his character, his professional knowledge of the industry, and his good work ethic. I am glad to have Matt as a friend as well.
